What is a Dermatologist?

 

A dermatologist is a medical doctor who has completed a specialized residency in the diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nails. Some dermatologic diseases require in-office surgery or procedures for diagnosis and treatment. In addition, dermatologists use various treatment methods to improve one's appearance and for partial correction of aging skin.

 

We provide many services for all of your dermatological needs located right in the heart of Troy, Michigan. Our Doctors and medical professionals treat a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions including acne, alopecia, moles, skin cancers, warts, and so much more.

 

Our medical services are offered to patients of all ages. We also have a licensed esthetician who performs various cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels and microdermabrasions.

 

Esthetic services are available for adults as well as teenagers.

Patients Without Health Insurance

 

For patients who do not have health insurance, payment is due at the time of service.

 

Note: All new patients below the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult for the first visit.

Minors can be seen without adult supervision after the first visit only if the patient's guardian fills out and signs a Minor Consent Form .
